The survey was conducted by Anphabe Company, a pioneer consulting firm providing employer brand and happy workforce solutions, with the vote of nearly 60,000 experienced workers and over 500 enterprises nationwide and based on multiple criteria such as salary, bonuses, welfare, professional development, culture and values, leadership, work-life balance, and company reputation.

According to a statement released from Anphabe, PNJ leads the “Best Places to Work” in the retail/wholesale/trading industryTop 20 “Vietnam’s 100 Best workplaces in 2022” and Top 50 “Vietnamese Most Attractive Employer Brands in 2022”.

It’s the pride of love & strong bond of PNJ’s warriors for more than 34 years strengthened by an innovative & effective HR strategy that encourages PNJ to break through to be the best place to work in retail/wholesale/ trading climbing up 45 ranks in the past 05 years.   This is also the 8th year that PNJ has been voted Top 100 Best Places to work in Vietnam.

According to the 9-month business results, PNJ has completed 99% of the revenue plan and about 101% of the profit plan for the whole year 2022. Accumulated in 9 months of 2022, PNJ’s net revenue and profit after tax reached VND 25,574 billion (up 104.4% over the same period) and VND 1,340 billion (up 132.7% over the same period last year).
