Circular Economy and Resource Optimization
As a pioneering enterprise in Vietnam’s jewelry sector, PNJ successfully maintained a 100% gold recycling rate and achieved a 9% silver recycling rate using reclaimed materials.
Through advanced production workflows, our non-hazardous manufacturing by-products achieved a 94% recycling rate, successfully diverting 115.8 tons of waste into input materials for the construction industry.
To mitigate plastic pollution across our supply chain, we reduced plastic waste from suppliers by 55% compared to 2023.

Water Stewardship and Closed-Loop Systems
Recognizing our corporate responsibility toward water security, PNJ employs high-efficiency closed-loop systems to radically minimize wastewater discharge.
Measurable Water Impact: By deploying specialized RO filtration and advanced oxidation systems, our group proportion of recycled and reused water increased from 16.42% in 2023 to 34.11% in 2024, effectively reducing our average water intensity per product.

Measurable Climate Action and Energy Efficiency
PNJ aligns its corporate green growth strategy with Vietnam’s Net-Zero 2050 journey, strictly monitoring energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions under international ISO 14064-1:2018 standards.
Driven by strict operational efficiency, PNJ successfully drove Scope 1 direct emissions down by 8.3%, even while expanding our overall production output.
We are aggressively scaling clean-fuel manufacturing alternatives by replacing traditional fuel-based equipment with clean hydrogen welding machines, achieving a 67% hydrogen transition rate.
