Across our facility, over 2,000 permanent employees are directly and voluntarily hired by PNJ. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for forced, bonded, or prison labor.
Responsible and Fee-Free Recruitment
Our strict onboarding procedures ensure that personal identity documents are processed strictly as copies for age verification (ensuring a 0% underage labor rate), with originals returned immediately to the worker. No recruitment fees, costs, or financial deposits are ever required from or paid by our staff.

Optimal compensation and Regulated Hours
We proudly exceed local economic baselines. PNJ pays a starting basic monthly wage that is 14.9% higher than the legal Region 1 minimum wage standard. Standard working hours are strictly capped at 48 hours per week. Voluntary overtime is strictly monitored, pre-signed by workers, capped within legal monthly boundaries, and compensated at a premium rate of 150%.
